Q | Can flowers and foliage harm your pets?
A | Yes, most varieties are known to be toxic to pets. Please be sure to keep your pets safe and away from your floral arrangement.

Q | Where is Harmonic Blooms located?
A | We are located in Glastonbury, CT. While we do not have a brick and mortar store, please call us or visit our online Signature Collection Flower Shop to place an order.

Q | What are our business hours?
A | We are open Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Online flower orders and event inquiries are accepted at any time. Contact us at info@harmonicblooms.com or at 860-248-6658. Same day delivery is also available for orders placed by 9:00AM.

Q | What payment options do we accept?
A | Currently, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Q | Where do we deliver flowers?
A | We provide local flower delivery within the town of Glastonbury and to surrounding towns such as Avon, Bolton, Colchester, Cromwell, East Hampton, Farmington, Hebron, Manchester, Marlborough, Newington, Portland, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, West Hartford, and Wethersfield.

Q | Do we deliver flowers to funeral homes and hospitals?
A | Yes, we deliver flowers to both. For funerals, please include name of the deceased, funeral home, and date flowers are needed before placing an order. For hospitals, please include the name of hospital and the recipient's room number.

Q | What if no one is available to receive delivery?
A | Flower deliveries will not be left outside or with anyone unless they are identified in your order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or inability to reach the recipient, we will attempt to contact the sender to arrange for an alternate delivery. If redelivery is required, the sender will be responsible for a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery charge.

Q | What if you want to cancel your order or request a refund?
A | At Harmonic Blooms, each arrangement is made using fresh, perishable materials. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on our floral or plant products once they are en route or have been delivered. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if requested more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date. Order cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover material costs and labor. To cancel an order, please contact info@harmonicblooms.com.
